What is Brazilian Zouk?
Brazilian Zouk is a dynamic partner dance from Brazil, known for its fluid movements, sharp accents, and elastic style. It offers incredible freedom and can be danced to almost any type of music—even your favorite song!

More than just a dance, Zouk is an experience—you don’t just move, you feel.

Stamatis

Hi, I’m Stamatis! My dance journey started with Greek folk dances before I could even walk, sparking a lifelong passion for movement. Studying sports science led me to neuroscience, where I now work as a certified neuroathletics trainer, combining science and dance to help people move better.

Beyond research and training, I love exploring different dance styles and sharing my passion through teaching. I’m excited to bring this energy and knowledge to our Brazilian Zouk classes—can’t wait to see you shine on the dance floor!

Ursula

Hi, I’m Ursula! My dance journey started with ballet and grew into a passion that led me through jazz, modern dance, and ballroom. A year in Copenhagen deepened my solo dance techniques and fueled my love for teaching.

While I’ve explored many styles, Zouk holds a special place in my heart. I love blending elements from my dance background into my Zouk practice, embracing its freedom, creativity, and deep connection. I can’t wait to share this joy with you—both in class and on the dance floor!

Dance Classes

Brazilian Zouk - Level 0

Each class includes a fun warm-up, a new topic, and a review of the previous lesson, with plenty of time to practice. Beyond the steps, you’ll develop key skills like rhythm, frame, and connection, while also gaining confidence in social dancing. Plus, we emphasize a respectful and supportive dance community, so everyone feels welcome on the floor!
