Notice Regarding Right of Withdrawal and Ticket Cancellation for Festival Tickets
Please note that when purchasing tickets for our festival, no right of withdrawal exists pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
According to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities – such as cultural or dance events – if the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance.
Since our tickets grant access to a clearly defined event at a specific date and time, cancellation or refund of the ticket price is generally excluded.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend arranging a private transfer of the ticket if you are unable to attend (please contact us in advance if personalization is required).
